BinkyBro’s pictures are all 100% authentic. Meaning, they are pictures of real customers wearing their actual purchases. We pull the vast majority of these photos from tagged pictures on IG. Only after receiving permission from the account owner will we repost a photo on our social sites. We do not tag the owners of these featured photos if reposted. If you would like a chance at being featured please tag your child!
HOW DO I JOIN THE BINKYBRO REP TEAM?
Once a year BinkyBro will hold a “rep” search. Reps receiving discounted goods in exchange for becoming brand ambassadors. Announcements and updates on this process can be found by following our IG page @binkybro and by joining our email list here.

Do not put your hat in the washing machine. If you need to clean your hat(s) we recommend spot cleaning them with a mild detergent, warm water, and a toothbrush.
These hats are delicate as they are made with real straw. Do not soak them in water to clean. Spot rinse with as little water as possible and a toothbrush. Remember, dried straw is fragile and can break if bent, smashed, soaked & then dried.
BinkyBro will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received.
Customers will need to send an email to our support team at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving their order, along with your order #, and provide a picture of the damaged product(s).
Once reviewed by our support team you will be sent an email with a code for your store credit amount (along with shipping costs included) for the product that was damaged upon receipt. That code can then be used to place another order.
Shipping protection covers any damaged, missing or stolen packages while your order is in transit. In addition to this, if your order is returned to BinkyBro for any reason we will reship the order out to you free of charge. With shipping protection, we offer store credit or replacement product without any extra charges.
**REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN OUT WITH SHIPPING PROTECTION**
If you are choosing "Local Pickup" as your shipping option you do not need to purchase Shipping Protection, as this is protection to cover your order through transit.

We will not apply a discount code after a purchase has been made. While checking out you will be asked for your email, name and address, and then have the option to provide a discount code. If you have one, use it here and then check the price before completing your purchase to ensure it worked properly.
BinkyBro does offer wholesale orders. Requirements are listed below:
- Orders must include 40+ items to be eligible
- BinkyBro wholesale products can only be sold in brink and mortar shops. No online sales.
- Shipping is paid for by the customer
- Only headwear is available for wholesale orders at this time (snapbacks, bucket hats, beanies, & our Barney Patrol sun hats)
