Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (6-9 BUSINESS DAYS)
Please allow for 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be fulfilled and processed. This is just the fulfillment and processing part----your order will still need to shipped to you.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed off. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You can get updates on your order at any time, on your own, by going to usps.com/manage/ and entering your tracking number.
Once your order is fulfilled and processed, please allow for 5-6 business days for your order to be delivered if you are within the United States. You will get an email once your package has been delivered.
In total, the entire process will take about 6-9 BUSINESS DAYS. We do not offer expedited shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are sent via DHL using a DDP label. No additional customs or duties are expected on international orders after checkout.
In the current post-pandemic environment international shipping times are about 4-6(+) weeks. We have experienced delays of up to 2-3 months for shipments to Europe/Australia.
We are hoping that as things get closer to "back-to-normal" that this issue resolves itself quickly. But as of right now things are pretty unpredictable. (For reference, normal is about 2-3 weeks.)
Additionally, deliverability may need to be worked out with your respective post office. You may get a notification from DHL that your package has been “delivered” although it isn’t in your possession yet. This typically occurs if the package is handed off to your local post office. Please wait an additional two days before reaching out about a potential lost package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are based upon the weight of your products ordered + the box weight they are shipped in. Everything will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Expect to pay a base rate of $5.99 for the lightest boxes and $5.99+(dependent on package weight) for larger orders. The heavier the box—the larger the shipping costs will be. We do not offer expedited shipping.
If you are shipping internationally the price will range depending on weight along with distance to the final destination.
Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for exchanges, returns, shipping to incorrect entered address, etc.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
BinkyBro will ship your order to the address that is placed within the address menu at checkout. If your computer or smart device “auto-fills” items like your address, please be sure to double check it is the address you are wanting to use for order delivery.
If you have placed an order and notice that the mailing address is incorrect, please email our support team at support@binkybro.com with the subject line ”INCORRECT ADDRESS.” Please be sure to provide your order number and updated shipping address in that email. Please send this email as soon as you notice the error.
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. However, there are times where orders are fulfilled on the same day. If you enter an incorrect address and your order has already been fulfilled, processed, and shipped BinkyBro is not responsible for the loss.
Refunds for the product or shipping costs purchased are not available for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
Shipping Protection
Orders with shipping protection are covered from loss, theft or damage during transit. In addition to this, BinkyBro will cover the cost of return/exchange labels if you opted in to purchasing shipping protection. Without protection, Binkybro is not liable for any additional costs to reship or replace damaged, missing or stolen packages.
